Paired with National Geographic Channel's American Blackout television feature, this interactive timeline explores the collapse and chaos of society after a cyber attack, rendering many unprepared Americans helpless for a period of 10 days. Communication and resources are strained in both city and rural areas, and people become guarded against the unknown.
Collaborating with the team at Neo-Pangea, I designed the interface consisting of the timeline, tips, widgets of information, graphs, and gallery features for this experience. A sense of urgency and caution is conveyed through the deep and bold aesthetic.
Role: UI design
Designed under the direction of Neo-Pangea.
